This pan is pretty amazing. As soon as I received it, I noticed the weight. I could tell this wasn't a cheap version like I had seen in stores. I was really needing a high quality pan that was very durable. I found that in the pan. I am so very impressed and pleased with it. The handle is so comfortable to hold and you can't feel any heat whatsoever.t. I have been using this for a while now and it still looks brand new. As far as cleaning, I have found this way easier to clean than my other pans. It literally takes seconds to clean. I cook eggs a lot and this pan cooks them perfectly even. I am just so very pleased with it and now that I have tried it, I am going to order me some more different sizes. I am so glad I didn't buy the other brand in the store. Lastly and my most favorite part about this pan is, it takes just a fraction of the oil that all my other pans take.
