How did I ever live without this?! This makes cooking fun. I am finding that my kids are eating way more vegetables because of it. They are actually asking for them. It is so easy to use and super easy to clean too. I like the fact that it comes with different blades. It adds variety. It works well with both fruits and vegetables. I use mine a lot for stir fry's but it does make beautiful fruit or vegetable salads. I have even used them in my steamer. They cook a lot faster too. It does come with a recipe book. This would make a wonderful gift to yourself or to someone else.
