This is a very impressive set. It looks way better in person. It is made of very high quality. I was thinking it was going to be flimsy but it is sturdy and super shiny. The bonus peeler is equally as nice. It is super sharp. It can open up quite a bit. When it is closed, it gets a LOT smaller and makes it easy to store. I wash mine in warm water and soap but it is dishwasher safe. I have washed mine several times and it still looks brand new. One's I have had in the past have rusted up but not this one. I also use mine for rice a lot and it comes out perfect. Since this is a set, they would make a great gift.
